1) Work with product managers, marketing, and engineering to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: user guides, integration guides and API developer guides.

2) Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

3) Create software product tutorials to help end-users understand how to use the application.

4) Act as an editor to ensure consistency in training documentation across organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field.

- 2-3 years of experience in technical writing of software documentation.

- Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.

- Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.

- Ability to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customers.

- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Strong experience owning an end-to-end documentation creation process.

- Excellent judgement and analytical ability.

- English and Arabic language fluency.

Additional requirements (a plus):

- Excellent knowledge of MadCap Flare authoring and publishing tool.

- Experience working software products.

- Worked with Agile teams.

- Prior software development experience.
