Technical Support 

Requirements:
• Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks
• Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure. 
• Establish, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools. 
• Installation, and configuration for the domain controller & Servers 
• Installation and configuration for WI-FI routers and access points.
• Timely reporting on the log sheet for the rapid response to any glitches.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer information systems, or any related field.
• Maximum 2 years of experience. 
• Good in English and Arabic oral & written is required. 
• MCSE certification is a plus.
