We are seeking an energetic, creative Social-Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning our branding guidelines and expose them as identity.

Job Requirements:
1. Excellent/Fluent spoken and written English language is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years Proven work experience in social media & digital marketing.
- Hands on experience in digital marketing and an ability to execute CTA and peruse ROI.
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Ability to plan and perform ATL, BTL and TTL campaigns.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and LinkedIn marketing/ad knowledge and experience.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Shopify marketing and analytics experience.
- Graphic design and photography skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, solid team player.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
SM Specialist’s skills:
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Implement using social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite etc
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
- Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
· The ability to meet deadlines and work within a budget.
- Hire and train others in the team.
- Provide constructive feedback.
