The ideal candidate will be able to:

- prepare a sales plan to promote the program at universities and with educational NGOs

- scout/search for NGOs working on employment skills programs and participate in calls for proposals

- handle meetings and closing deals efficiently

- conduct follow-up calls on sales closure and after sales to ensure satisfaction

- prepare proposals and quotations as required

- prepare invoices and ensure collection of payments on time

- prepares sales report on a monthly basis

- provide content to prepare any material needed to support the sales activity (flyers, brochures, posters, etc)

The ideal candidate ia someone with:

- a relevant university degree in business, marketing or education

- have outstanding sales and negotiation skills and able to achieve targets independantly

- perfectly understands the educational system in Jordan and can promote employment skills programs

- perfect proposals writing skills and familiarity with educational NGOs requirements for applications

- can work remotely

- have a car

The salary is fully paid based on commission (all inclusive), equivalent to 20% of achieved sales (approximately amounting to 2000JD/month)
