Jawaker is looking for an Operations Manager who will join us to be responsible for managing our day-to-day operations, help grow the team and make sure our operations are running smoothly and effectively. Responsibilities:

• Developing in-game engagement programs, events and promotions based on a deep understanding of game metrics & performance
• Directly impact KPI growth through assisting in operational planning
• Work closely with Analysts and Data Science teams to help set short- and long-term plans for all our LiveOps components
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
• Support team communication with the management team
• Leading the effective communication among the live operations team, the marketing team and the game development teams
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Analysts to evaluate the performance of events, sales, features, tests, and use learnings to optimize future activities
• Improve our processes and tools to ensure that we are using our time and resources in the most efficient way possible.
• Partner with business development to identify and actualize short- or long-term in-game teamwork opportunities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field
• Proven ability to own, build and iterate functions and processes
• A strong understanding of the game economy and monetization
• A good sense for the market, being in tune with player patterns and understanding our customers
• A highly developed set of prioritization skills
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership
• 6-8 years of experience
• Sales background is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced Excel and/or Data Visualization tools – strong advantage
• A deep interest in games, particularly mobile games

Nice to Have

• SQL proficiency - advantage
• Personal gaming background - advantage
