Job Description:

•Handle customers’ interactions.

•Communicate with customers via multiple channels.

•Answer all incoming requests and address customers’ problems in a timely manner.

•Escalate issues or unresolved queries to the Team Leader or Supervisor as directed.

Skills:

The minimum requirements for this position include:

•Customer service skills.

•Ability to solve customers’ problems.

•Candidate must be an English speaker (minimum level B2) and Arabic.

•Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening skills) in both languages.

•Excellent typing skills.

•Ability to work in alternating shifts; weekends and holidays based on business needs
