Responsibilities:
- Enter customer information and account data from source documents within time limits.
- Work with new clients, onboarding and setting up their store to go live within the agreed SLA.
- Review data for any deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
- Source and upload content including product images, descriptions, prices, and store data in general.
- Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Proofread and translate content from and to English / Arabic.
- Enhance content for SEO.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in English Language & Translation.
- 1-3 years of experience in this field.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Typing speed and accuracy.
- Good command of Arabic and English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
