1. Participates in the preparation and follow-up of training and development objectives in line with the bank's policies and directions.
2. Contributes to the identification and design of methodologies and training plans for the bank's functions with courses and programs commensurate with the requirements of the functions and the needs of the departments and branches.
3. Coordinates with the direct manager to identify the training needs of the bank's departments and branches in accordance with the course of the career, performance evaluation, job merits, and bank directions, with the aim of achieving the job satisfaction of the employees and developing their performance.
5. Participates in the preparation of the estimated budgets for training under the supervision of the direct manager and follows up its implementation and submits all reports related to expenses and consumption within its terms.
6. Contributes to the development and management of plans for any new initiatives related to the training process.
7. Participates with relevant specialists and departments in reviewing the training materials provided by the lecturers and ensures that they are able to achieve the goal for which they were prepared.
8. He sees and analyzes the training methods used in the market and proposes to the direct manager what he sees fit from them and in accordance with the training plan and the bank's objectives and directions.
9. Oversees the implementation of training programs according to the schedule set out in the approved training plan.
10. Oversees the evaluation tools/ examinations for training programs and all related correspondence to lecturers and participants, participates in the preparation of final statements, determining the level of applicants and providing their stakeholders after signing them from the direct official.
11. Assesses the success of training programs and their impact on the performance of the bank's various departments and branches by analyzing and studying the return on training, and makes recommendations to the direct manager on what measures can be taken to maximize the levels of return.
12. Addresses service providers to bid for courses at the best quality standards.
13. Studies the fees of lecturers and the services provided for courses according to the prevailing prices in the market, and makes recommendations in order to obtain the necessary approvals.
14. Participates in the training of the Department's staff with the aim of enhancing their technical capabilities and core values.
15. Ensure that day-to-day operations are conducted in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted and within the limits of the powers granted.
16. Reviews internal and external audit reports, follows up on the observations contained in the reports and radically processes them.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in financial and banking management sciences or any related field.
- SHRM or CIPD is a Plus.
- A minimum of 3 years on the job with Training /Development knowledge.
