Role Purpose

The Cash Management Lead – Azadea Business Services is responsible for Cash management supervising

accounting services and overseeing activities of the accounting unit in order to deliver an effective and efficient

end to end service to the Group.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze reports from statistical and functional metrics, highlight insights for improvement and efficiency maximization in a timely manner. Monitor & Report the cash position, cash requirements and future obligations.
  • Ensure ongoing development of accounting procedures and system processes to ensure a proactive accounting system, that will support the ongoing development of accounting standards.
  • Manage Treasury system and new roll out of countries or onboarding of new banks.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and company procedures.
  • Develop and maintain high level of customer services and productive working relationships with stakeholders to foster business improvement and objective achievement, as well as work closely with internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
  • Oversee and validate the preparation of financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, Loans, SBLC or Guarantee, bank charges & interest on loans & Overdrafts are within the agree rate.
  • Oversee the cash flow management to ensure proper movement of cash and that future expenditures are covered with adequate cash / facilities.
  • Coordinate with FC/Area financial controller on the country financial needs, maintain cash flow reports that will allow management insights on country financial exposure, convenient rations and other financial obligations.
  • Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his / her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or accounting. Master’s degree is a plus
  • 7-9 years of experience is a similar field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English
