EQ Consultancy & Project Management - an advisory, consultancy, design and project management firm - is looking for a qualified architect to join its team and work on real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify all design requirements and prepare concept analysis
• Prepare a presentation for the concept stage
• Prepare an urban plan for the community and circulation within the project
• Maximize the area to have the maximum number of residential buildings
• Prepare concept design for the apartments and general layouts
• Produce final schematic presentation including renders for interior spaces and exterior architecture

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Good portfolio to demonstrate artistic ability
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design tools
• Visual acuity and attention to detail
• Familiar with Urban design and community planning
• Have experience in designing residential buildings
• Delivery of large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
• Major design software applications including AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe and MS Office
• Delivery of complex projects across residential/ hospitality/ mixed use/ commercial uses / affordable housing
• Building codes and standards applicable internationally
• Basic knowledge of structural design
• Ability to produce high quality renders
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel when required
