Looking for a Mid/Senior Accountant (FLUENT IN ENGLISH)

Job Details:

· Month-end Balance Sheet accruals and reconciliations (Ex. Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Payroll Accruals)

· Month-end journals and procedures

· Income Statement review and analysis

· Client billing and Accounts Receivable collections

· Revenue recognition (Ex. Deferred Revenue)- MUST have

· Accounts Payable processing such as vendor paperwork and a bill entry

· Banking and credit card transactions and reconciliations

· Budget creation and Budget vs. Actual Reporting

· Process documentation and improvements.

· Payroll processing, including commission calculations

· Correspondence with Tax CPA, Insurance Brokers, etc., when necessary.

· Other required compliance reports (Ex. Annual Business Property Reports)

· Other projects when necessary

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

· Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (ex. V-Lookups, Sum-ifs, Pivot Tables)

· QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.

· 3-5 Years of accounting experience.
