Position: Marketing Manager.
A leading food supplements and natural health products Co. is seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing annual forecasts, sales targets, strategies, and budgets.
The candidate will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. A marketing manager expertise should translate into increased brand awareness and profitability.
Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
• Developing and managing the marketing department's budget and preparing annual budgets based on marketing plan.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Managing the marketing department's staff.
• Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.
• Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Setting strategy and plan for, and managing digital marketing activities.
• Evaluating the outcomes of all marketing activities (traditional and digital) regularly to evaluate the performance and determining any needed remedies.
Marketing Manager Requirements:
• Proven experience as a marketing manager.
• Experience in managing digital marketing as well as traditional marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
