INTRASOFT- Jordan is looking for a “Manual Tester”
As a Manual (QA) Software Tester, you will be a member of a vibrant team who designs, develops, deploys, customizes and supports technologies for large-scale software applications for various industries (FinTech / Betting / Insurance / Telecommunications / Utilities / Retail / EU Institutions / Public Sector Digital Transformation). You will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of services and technologies in order to develop a solid background in the field of applications development.
Your main duties include:
- Develop and execute test cases to diagnose issues and bugs creating test data in accordance with the respective FRS
- Submit detailed defect reporting to development teams
- Follow up on the defects until complete resolution.
You need to have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or another relevant field
- 0-1 Year of experience.
- Familiarity with:
- Database Usage and Concepts (Oracle DB, SQL Server)
- API testing
- Mobile phone technologies and usage (iOS, Android)
- Testing tools like Jira / Postman / Xray
- Excellent command of the English language (written & oral)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
It would also be a plus if you had
- Hands-on experience in:
- Automation Testing tools (JUnit, TestNG, Selenium, Cucumber & Soap UI)
- Issue & Project tracking tools (Jira or Atlassian product stack)
- Defect Tracking Tools (Bugzilla)
- Knowledge of programming languages
- Strong command of operating system usage (Unix flavors, Windows Servers)
