An international company is looking for an enthusiastic customer service team leader to handle the customer, enhancing productivity and performance, overseeing the day-to-day team operation. He may be involved in staffing and scheduling, development, and implementation of your organization’s customer service policies with the following conditions:
1-Residents of North area (Irbid/ Ramtha ) cities, is a must
2- Male candidates are required.
Bachelor’s Degree in business sciences or any related field
3- Excellent Verbal and Written skills in Both Arabic and English
4- (2-3) years Proven Experience in leadership especially in customer service field
5-Proficiency in MS Office
Showcase good leadership skills to carry team members along
6- Excellent skills for communicating and relating with both staff members and customers
7- Good interpersonal skills to create a cordial relationship with team members
8-Ability to multitask
9- Have good temperature to handle disputes and emergencies
Job related details:
1- Duration of the contract (it will be a fixed term and its renewal will be as needed)
2- Monthly salary of 500 JOD subject to social security.
