Order@ is looking for Customer Success Officer in its office in Amman - Jordan:
Some of what you will be doing:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels- calls/chats.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products & services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Monitor (and improve!) customers who drop off orders after placing shipments so that we can prevent cancellations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year Experience as customer success officer
- Confident, outgoing, with a predisposition to interact and guide others.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Planning, Organizing, Time management and Analytical skills.
- Professionalism, integrity and process oriented
- High level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of data.
- Certified Customer Success is a plus
