Job description
Customer service representatives help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about our services.. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Responsibilities
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Handles incoming calls or inquiries from prospective customers or clients
Assists customers effectively by solving customer disputes
Provides customer additional information or explains services
Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction
Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public
Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required
Accurately captures customer information
Creates and maintains service reports
Telemarketing (Campaigns
Sending Maintenance and purchasing list
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Fresh graduated are welcomed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
fluent English language
Problem-solving, Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, Computer.
