Purpose of the Job
Transform business owners' vision into unique digital solutions for customers enablement and best consumers experience with speed, quality, and effectiveness.
Job Responsibilities
Features development (consumer portal, internal portals, reports, notifications, integration …):
To understand the business requirements from the product owners and maintain a prioritized list of the backlog
To help in the technical design exercise
To follow up with the development teams throughout the development process
Manage and review the testing results and perform any necessary QA checks on all environments (functional, VAPT…)
Work closely with the team on the different integrations with
3rd party vendors (payment gateways, sms, whatsapp …)
etailers APIs and plugins
SAP (customer master, AR, AP, remittance)
Aramex (shipment APIs, COD APIs, daily cashier report system, Active directory)
Support
Users creation & training
Data generation and analysis
Configure etailers and consumers data on the system
Facilitate Arabic review of notifications and frontend material
Follow up on AWS environment setup and monitoring
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in the digital field
Experience in ecommerce and different platforms (Magento, Shopify, OpenCart, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid …)
Knowledge in integrations and APIs (payment gateways, sms, email, whatsapp, instgram …)
User Experience (UX) and designs hands on (Web, responsive, and mobile apps)
Accounting background (billing, receivables, payables, debit/credit, reconciliation)
SAP ERP basic knowledge
MySQL database experience
Project management
Excellent communication skills (English, Arabic)
Ability to work with remote teams
