Manage the day-to-day admin functions.
Manage basic procurement transactions ,purchase orders and tenders.
Support office operations by maintaining office systems.
Liaise with external partners, like vendors, clients , and ensure legal compliance.
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office policies.
Perform other admin duties as assigned
 


Qualifications

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
Min. 1 year experience in administration, office management or accounting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Bachelor's degree in any related field
