Quality Assurance Supervisor
Job Requirements : -
Working together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems and brainstorm solutions
Enhance standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and enhance testing protocols for implementation across all products lines
Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures to make sure that manufacturing or production processes meet international and national standards
Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
Work with Purchasing/ Warehouses/ Fleet and other departments to establish high standards of quality across the company
Set standards for quality as well as health and safety across the whole company
Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency;
Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and skills

Qualification : -
BA degree in Industrial Engineering or relate fields
Experience in Beverages and water is preferred.
Experience in other Plant divisions (Maintenance, Production) is an advantage
5 – 7 years of experience in manufacturing environment.
Knowledge about ISO. Know about quality measurement standards.
Certified ISO 22000 FSSC.
Very good communication skills, good sense of responsibilities and ethics, can work in pressure working environment.
Fluent English. Excellent Computer skills required (MS Office: Word, Excel).
