Job description
The PenguinIN team is looking for an energetic, project manager to work on overseeing software project deliveries and beyond. In this role, you will oversee the implementation at the client site and act as a focal point of reference interfacing between the client and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
Build project plans and identify internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure timelines are met and hurdles are removed.
Build relationships between customers and the support team.
Advocate for the company and encourage upsells and cross-sells.
Follow up on renewals.
Handle logistics as required for delivery of hardware components.
Position Requirements:
A degree in business administration, engineering, or logistics
2-5 years of “Proven” experience with software project management.
PMP would be a strong plus.
Customer-centric attitude with superb communication and follow up skills.
Demonstrable knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project or alternative is required.
