Job Description
• Learn basic machine operational concepts and prove ability to operate machines.
• Responsible for line manning and machine team operator allocation.
• Plan work for machine operators with proper task delegation.
• Escalate maintenance and production material issues on time in order to avoid machine stoppage.
• Document and log machine activities on SAP (ERP System) and product batch record.
• Coaching and training machine operates on relevant SOPs.
• Ensure machine operates follow proper GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
• Instill safe work culture and promote safety awareness amongst operators.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and approval cycle for new improvement ideas.
Skills
• Must be fluent in English both conversational and written.
• Technically inclined with good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proven knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Planning and organizational skills required.
• Must have proven team work and leadership skills.
• Microsoft and Computer Skills.
Education
Pharmaceutical Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or Pharmacist
